As an Entry Level Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Support external audit requirements and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in accounting or related role (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
