Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Oversee night shift financial operations ensuring seamless day/night handoffs
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Optimize accounting software workflows for night shift efficiency
- Maintain digital and physical financial record systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro certification
- Proven night shift or alternative schedule work history
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Sage 100 a plus)
