Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements to enhance financial controls.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or CPA Candidate status is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and audit procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
