Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance reports, and cash flow projections.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and account analysis for multiple entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Assist in external audits and tax preparation requirements.
- Utilize advanced Excel and financial software (NetSuite/QuickBooks) to drive data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strict deadlines.
