Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and ensure the accuracy of financial data entry.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets in accordance with GAAP.
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of annual tax returns and quarterly audit schedules.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
