Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations across multiple entities
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage audit preparations and liaise with external auditors
- Automate financial reporting workflows using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP/Oracle systems
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Remote work experience in finance required
