Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances for senior leadership
- Prepare and distribute weekend financial reports to department heads
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend-specific deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support quarterly audits with weekend document preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
