Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the weekly financial closing process with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for executive review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Perform internal audits and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
