Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date general ledger records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure strict compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
- Reconcile credit card statements and process employee expense reports efficiently.
- Assist the Finance Manager with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA preferred).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
