Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Handle accounts payable and receivable with precision and timeliness.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and ledgers.
- Payroll: Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Tax Support: Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax documents.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
