Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for diverse client portfolios
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (Sage 100 preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 100, QuickBooks Online, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
