Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Conduct financial audits and prepare tax documentation for California state filings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget forecasting and expense controls
- Implement and maintain accounting systems for remote team efficiency
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
