Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Lead audit coordination and compliance documentation
- Develop financial models and forecasting tools for strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff through virtual collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong GAAP and SEC compliance knowledge
- Proven remote work collaboration skills
- Texas CPA license or ability to obtain within 6 months
