Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision and efficiency
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow operations
- Conduct comprehensive audits and ensure documentation meets SOX requirements
- Implement process improvements using advanced ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accountants and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (advanced functions), and ERP platforms
- Proven track record in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
