Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Develop and implement financial controls to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite and QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite/QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance frameworks
