Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive month-end and year-end close processes with high accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and identify financial discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries for leadership review.
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows efficiently.
- Assist in tax preparation, compliance filings, and internal audits.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure all financial data is secure, backed up, and audit-ready.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) reliably and consistently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently.
