Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies regarding payments and statements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain the accounts payable ledger.
- Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly payments via ACH and wire transfer.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
