Responsibilities
- Manage daily, monthly, and year-end general ledger accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/ACCA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle).
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
