Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and ensure internal controls are maintained.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers for year-end audits and tax filings.
- Provide financial reporting and insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
