Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, ensuring accuracy in general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and credit card audits to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audit schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
