Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct internal audits to identify financial discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
