Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Coordinate external audit processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop cash flow projections and financial forecasting models
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with department heads on budget planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Effective communication with non-financial stakeholders
