Responsibilities
- Execute the month-end and year-end close processes accurately and timely.
- Prepare, analyze, and report on financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L).
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist with tax preparation, filings, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or candidate preferred.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
