- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations

- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead tax preparation and compliance activities for corporate clients
- Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct financial audits and provide actionable business insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing financial audits and compliance processes
- Proven ability to lead accounting projects and mentor junior staff
