Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions

- Train and mentor new teller staff on service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of banking or cash handling experience
- Proven track record in customer service excellence
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Texas Notary Public commission preferred
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
