Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and cross-selling bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist clients with digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Participate in community outreach initiatives representing Capital City Bank
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass background check and obtain required securities licenses
