Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- TN Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain)
