Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Cross-sell bank products based on customer financial needs
- Operate teller terminals and document all transactions per policy
- Collaborate with branch staff to resolve complex customer issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
