Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and regulations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse customer populations
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Previous financial services experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with BSA/AML compliance regulations
