Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Open new accounts and assist existing customers with product inquiries and services.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with branch maintenance, including ATM replenishment and cash balancing.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Fraud prevention awareness and knowledge of banking regulations.
