Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and product knowledge
- Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and security protocols
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
