Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transaction reports
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify sales opportunities and client needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform accurate financial transactions
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficient with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations and banking compliance standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
