Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service for all banking inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) based on customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with precision
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining brand loyalty
- Support branch operations through basic administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud detection and anti-money laundering training
- Valid Texas Notary Public license (or willingness to obtain)
