- Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting financial wellness solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs
- Collaborate with branch management to optimize branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency with banking software systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
