We are currently expanding our operations and are seeking a professional who thrives in a structured environment to oversee our core accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes for the night shift cycle.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, trial balances, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and tax filings.
- Review and approve accounts payable and receivable transactions for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational handoffs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume or night-shift environment.
- Mandatory availability for night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a significant plus.
