Your Key Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Accountant, you will be the backbone of our financial accuracy. You will manage complex accounts, ensure compliance, and provide critical reporting support to our executive team.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct thorough audits of financial records and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and optimize cash flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (Advanced), and SAP.
- Must be available to work night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
