Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-of-day and end-of-month financial closing processes to ensure accuracy.
- Perform complex account reconciliations, including bank and credit card statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Assist with the preparation of annual audits and tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
