Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Support the finance team with month-end closing procedures and report preparation.
- Organize and file financial documents and receipts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred.
- Ability to learn accounting software quickly (training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
