As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our financial reporting and compliance processes. You will work closely with the CFO and Finance Director to ensure our books are accurate, our processes are efficient, and our team is growing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for department heads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
