Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes accurately and timely.
- Prepare financial statements and reconciliations for various accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and audit schedules.
- Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and payroll entries.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
