Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Conduct internal audits of financial records to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process during the night cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and other financial software.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
