- Lead process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
- Mentor junior accounting staff and support audit preparations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech or SaaS
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Oracle ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing SOX compliance and audits
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
