Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct detailed financial audits and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and federal/state reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
