- Ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and financial audits.
- Assist in the budgeting process and provide financial forecasting support.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or CPA eligibility is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory standards.
