Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
