Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead special projects related to process optimization and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions
