Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead tax preparation and filing processes for federal and state requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
