Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payment cycles
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract compliance
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain internal controls for audit readiness
- Mentor junior AP team members on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel macros
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication across all organizational levels
