Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage general ledger accounts, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing and accurate reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and support external auditors during annual audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience; CPA certification is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
