Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Conduct detailed bank reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and variance analysis.
- Ensure all financial reporting is timely, accurate, and compliant with internal controls.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
